Yes. (As long as there is nothing untoward regarding your entitlement to fly to the USA). You can select your seat for free during check-in.

Yes. (You actually get a greater allowance than those booking a Saver TATL, or a Saver shorthaul booking, as they come with no free baggage allowance).
