Just called to get one of the two last window seats on a 777, both of which were blocked till now because they‘re „babycot“ seats. Agent said she couldn‘t do it. But I don‘t think she even tried.
That‘s why I wanted to check the forum to see what the rules of the game were.
Seems I need to call again. Amazing how often I have the „hang up and call again“ with BA caompared to other airlines, in fact I get correct responses/problem resolution in only about 50% of cases. Their call centre staff are not very good.
