I have had housekeeping issues a few stays back at W South Beach but not with your complaint that house keeping entered your room unannounced. By your own admission they knocked, you didnt have your DND on and you had not turned the lock on the door or put the security slider over.
You shouted but actually those doors are pretty thick and there could have been outside noise in the corridor. While I have sympathy for some of your other issues you list, on this one I think you need to accept responsibility for what happened.

They did announce themselves by knocking and the hotel gave you plenty of devices to stop them entering, you just didnt use them. I am curious to what would have happened 3 minutes later if they had arrived while you were in the shower and wouldnt have heard them no matter how hard they knocked!

Also if you were just 5ft from the door why not just go to it and turn the lock or hold it shut rather than scramble for clothes?
