Yes, there is correct. They haven't starting assembly yet. It will take a while. Right now, the entire A339NEO is still testing flight. They won't have certificated from Airbus sometime in late-2018 or early 2019 during at that time.

Actually, it will be 737-8MAX. It does have more capabilities. They can fly TLV-DUB without fuel stop. The range is 3,800nm.
