Your status does not entitle you to any free international upgrades TATL or TPAC. It does not entitle you to any free upgrades on AF/VS or any other international partners TATL or TPAC.

It is possible you do get upgraded if the airline overbooks economy and needs to move people to another class of service. They typically do this by status. Here we call it an operational upgrade, or Op-Up. It is relatively rare and not guaranteed.
