Stayed over this past thanksgiving. Got one bedroom suite with butler. Lovely room but lots of mechanical issues. Food was mixed. Not impressed and we are not foodies. We did chef table one night & half of table walked out after 1st course. Service outside of french rest was mediocre. Havent stayed in cancun (do have one tentative for xmas as well as andaz) but have done cabo & pv. We come from nyc and also have use of companion pass. There was a very laid back (slow) level of service at rose hall. Room service took horribly long. Id like to hear about recent stays at cabo. Our only issue is the high traffic of corporate functions.
