For those who have stayed at both, which should we go to and why?

Wife and I have 4 free nights between us and could get SWA flights with RR points to either location. Have never been to either country, but we like warm beaches - have done Curacao Hilton, Grand Cayman Marriott, and Tarragona Spain Le Meridien - all right on the beach. In Curacao and Spain we rented a car and explored the areas. We have never done an AI vacation or a cruise.

We do like good food and drink - which has better dining options and/or beverages if there is a difference there?
Beach quality? Long walkable sand or rocky and inaccessible beyond the property?
Water temps, clarity, fun waves?
Pools?
Room upgrade availability on free nights? We don't have much status with WoH, but a swim-out room sure would be nice.

We also wouldn't mind finding a secluded or public topless/CO beach in whichever area we go to, but I don't really want to pay $200+ for day passes to an alternate resort, so it would have to be public or inexpensive access.
