That's why you can qualify with 100K base points ($20k of spend). High spend, fewer nights customers can still reach Globalist.

The solution to your issue would be to reduce that 100K target, not fiddle around with the value of a "night". Besides, it requires a lot more "loyalty" to stay at a HP than at a PH!
