From your (and others’) experiences, how likely or often are Plats being upgraded to Grand Deluxe Rooms when the cheapest room is booked? From what I gathered here, it seems an upgrade to a suite is near impossible without a SNA.
I’ve checked out their lead-in rooms in person and find them a bit meh, mainly due to the conventional room layout and the sterilely white tiles in the bathroom. While I didn’t personally check out the Grand Deluxe rooms, they look a lot better from the professional photos on TA.
I've done 3 stays here now as SPG Plat, and have received a Grand Deluxe Premier room once, the Kioi Suite once, and a normal Deluxe room once.
I've never used an SNA here (though it is a fantastic place to use them)
