He was transferred to a RC CSR who he said didn't bother to look for a 3N/5K offer, just spent 10 mins telling him about all the cards benefits. She suggested he get the offer code from his friend and SM to request the match. Would he need the code for the SM? if so, does anyone have it from the earlier promo?
