Amazon JP sells the TrueMove Asia Travel SIM, which works in China. 1500 yen, 4GB/8 days (can be topped up with a credit card on the TrueMove website for 299THB/4GB/8 days), order for pickup... somewhere. I'm not sure if they can do same-day delivery to Lawsons (in your case, the one on the domestic departures level of KIX). Alternatively, Yodobashi sells the mineo Travel SIM, but 9800 yen/1GB is quite a hit to the wallet. At your usage level, unnecessarily expensive unless you absolutely need guaranteed reliability.
