I would imagine that the target market for Prince Gallery would not feel constrained to choosing between $200 extra on the room vs. $200 on a night out... not to mention nights out would inevitably cost a lot more than $200.
If you spend that $US 200 on a girl (or female friend) instead of a room, you might get lucky too!
And that definitely generates more happiness than a slightly better hotel room and service.
