Ouch, that happened to me at the end of August. They rerouted me via in NRT on ANA, then on UA to LAX as that was my destination ( even got an upgrade to business class on the UA segment) so pretty good and a proactive E Cert to boot… How did they handle your situation?
I wasn't on this flight. I am flying in November LAX-SIN-SFO. Just been checking Flightaware for flight times mostly.
