Boy, am I sick of Atkins
While it's great their offering a choice, don't pass up the nuts thinking they're not healthy - they're pretty much storage tanks for all the nutrients in a plant embryo. They are a great source of omega-3s, vit E, magnesium, polyphenols, protein, fiber, potassium, and B6. They're linked to reduced coronary disease, adult-onset diabetes and more. Eat those nuts without guilt - just don't eat more than about an ounce a day as they can pack the pounds on otherwise.
