I used the service one time before and it worked smoothly. I price matched to Amextravel itself and Marriott. This was a couple months after I made my initial reservation and the price dropped by about $90. The only thing that is not great is you only get an adjustment on the base rate and not on the reduced taxes from the lower rate.
