as noted. I would expect that the cheaper the room, the smaller it will be. I stayed at the CityInn Hotel 3 a few years ago for a night (which ended up being 2 nights when I got sick, but that's another story). Room was tiny but functional and in a pretty good location.

There are lots of apartment rentals around town too which can be a good value if you don't want or need a full service hotel.
