And a longer version. Sorry.. No. Visas/permits etc are the responsibility of the traveller. AFAIK ALL airlines refuse (rightly IMO) to be responsible for refunding money etc when passengers fail to get all required travel documentation.

You don't mention any Travel Insurance held...although I suspect it would be an unusual policy that covered such things....
