Okay, thank you.

I guess I could get both the Premier Rewards Amex Gold Card and sign up for the Every Day Card, pocket both bonuses and when it comes time to renew and pay the fee on the Gold card I could just cancel it and I would still keep the accumulated Membership Rewards points because I would still have the Every Day card.
