Yes, but unless OP is within driving distance of all these situations, there are increased costs for the changes to air reservations or an initial increased fare for a fully-flexible rate. Those increased costs are part of doing business as are no-show fees or cancellation fees for cancelling a hotel reservation outside of the cancellation period.
