My wife-to-be and I will be flying Qantas from LAX to SYD, then back from BNE to LAX via AKL in August. Qantas say we'll have Skybeds on our LAX-SYD flight (QF108), and we've got seats next to each other in row 17. On the way back, from what I can gather, it looks like a 2-class configuration, and we've got seats on the upperdeck again, though I bet it would take nothing short of a miracle to get the Skybeds on the retrun on this route!!

I was wondering if we could expect any difference in the Business class product between these flights, other than the seat.

Also, what are the meal services like on these flights. The QF site only says that there will be food, but doesn't say what it will be. Can someone fill in a first-time QF passenger on what to expect?
