The Hilton AMEX is 10,000 pts (not miles!), is fee-free, 5 pts/$ for Hilton spend, 3 pts/$ other spend.
Remember, these affinity cards are either miles for the particular airline involved, or points for the particular hotel chain - they're not general purpose points/miles.
