This meal was a shocker. It was really good. For sure my best non-D1 meal on Delta. The options were Asian Chicken Salad or Crab Cakes. I'm very leery of seafood on planes but the FA told me I should really get the crab cakes, so I did. It was a substantial portion and the crab cakes were soft and flakey with a non-fishy taste. The plate was full of corn, edamame and rice as well. The dipping sauce was smooth and flavorful with some real heat to it. The salad was fine but I'm not a huge balsamic dressing fan. I don't normally like raisin cookies but this was good too. But really the crab cakes stole the show. I am still stuffed.
