I got the e-mail 8 days ago. I did take the survey because, although limited to 1,000 respondents, it said this:

"Bonus Points will be deposited within four weeks of completion. After the first 1,000 completed surveys, the survey will close and you will no longer be able to participate."

No points yet, but 3 weeks to go before the four weeks are up.
