Honestly, absent the purser calling them names or otherwise using foul language, I can't think of a way that this could be considered "going too far". And I have "youngish" kids.
Honestly, I think airlines should have a "ban" list. It can't possibly be worth it monetarily to allow these passengers to keep flying.
