Just stayed for 4 days at the Phoenica. The hotel is great - wonderful rooms and great restaurants. It is a perfect business hotel. However if you go for a vaction to Beirut I would recommend to stay at the IC Le Verdome (small hotel with much better service then the Phoenica) or at the Movenpick (beautiful beach)
