Looking to redeem SYD-KUL segment

Can anyone tell me whether CX Asia Miles charges YQ for MH award redemption? is the total fees about the same like what British Airways would charge for?

Cannot figure out from the CX website. Only thing I know is that it cost 45,000 Asia miles to redeem a one-way business class seat.
