Okay. Problem solved.

Normally, instead of narrowing down to an airline like AA, I narrow down by choosing business class (since I am interested in DONE fare in all airlines, some airlines may not file a fare from certain locations).

So it returns no entry if i dont specify airline but specify cabin.

once i have specified AA only with any cabin, it does return result.
