I did this trip last February. I did get C both ways without any problems.
There is more info in my trip report (if you care to read it,
www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=182477), but here are few basics. This is run by RegionalAir. At the time I was flying, they only had 3 old 737-200s. One had some really old seats that reminded me of AA domestic F on the 757s. I got lucky(not) and it was this plane that I got on the outbound (JNB-NBO). On the return I did get a different and better plane. It actually had a fully reclining seats (not flat by any stretch of imagination), but it did have foot rest and very comfortable seat pitch. The thirdplane has the same set-up. Service was good, but the best part was having half of business class filled with RegionalAir crew and the cockpit door open throughout the entire flight. I've met 2 pilots, one an older gentelman that loved to drink and the other was a gorgeuos young lady. It was a ball sitting and talking with these 2 on the outbound. On the inbound the older guy was the pilot (he didn't drink

during this flight), and I actually got to sit in the cockpit. One of the many great highlights of the entire trip.
Y was about 1/2 full, so many rows available for stretching out.
