Yeah - I don't think they can know with 100% certainty where you are via IP address. Certainly, they can't know well enough to charge you $3/minute. And, for Wifi calling, why should they? It's not like it's using any partner infrastructure.

Has anyone actually seen a Wifi calling charge on their bill?
