(a) Individual must have a valid California address as evidenced by their application for the Rapid RewardsŪ Credit Card, (b) Individual must open a Rapid RewardsŪ Credit Card by November 30, 2017 and (c) please allow up to eight weeks for Companion Pass to be fulfilled after making first purchase.
Does this mean that you can apply late November and wait till January to make your first person, get the companion pass for two years? It doesn't really define anywhere that the promotional companion pass is 2018 only.
