It does happen - it's the only time my company flies me first, and I make sure I screenshot the booking screen to show I have saved them money They still get hung up on the class rather than the cost though

Had it 3x in the last couple of years, once PHL-LHR and my last round-trip LHR-NRT-LHR was cheaper first both ways!
