It might be that they are only sending out for first time qualifiers and not renewals?

For example if I renew my PM level I get nothing but a thank you, but if I go from GM to PM I get new credentials?

I've been PM for 10+ years (no desire to push for DM) and to be honest - I don't remember what I got last year.
