Hello!

Earlier this week I crossed the threshold for Platinum Medallion and when I got my email I noticed something interesting. It was my impression that Delta was slowly phasing out the production of physical cards and bag tags over the last 1-2 years. I know silvers went first, then golds, and I assumed by now platinums were out of the mix (and I also assumed diamond would be ending at the end of 2017). But when I looked at the email, it said "YOUR CREDENTIALS ARE ON THEIR WAY. You'll receive your personalized Platinum Medallion credentials in the mail in the next four to six weeks."

So I guess what I'm trying to ask is what is everyone else's experience in the last 6 months? Have they been coming through? I know I can get my card in the app, but some lounges like the physical card. I actually care more about the luggage tags because it seems like everyone has the same bag as me.
