If travelling in Y, for me the biggest factor is seating configuration. LEVEL is 2-4-2 on the A330, whereas Norwegian is 3-3-3 on the 787.

I would pick LEVEL on that basis. Window pairs are far better than a row of 3 - unless of course you're a group of 3.

In premium economy Norwegian probably has the edge.
