You earn 1.25 miles for every dollar you spend. Then you redeem miles at $0.01 each (or put another way, for every dollar in rewards you want to redeem, it will cost you 100 miles).
So if you wanted to redeem for a reward that costs $2,200, you would need 220,000 miles. In order to earn that many miles, you would have to spend $176,000 on your card.
These kinds of cards are really just a convoluted twist on a cash back card. It's basically equivalent to if you had a card that earned 1.25% cash back, and then used that cash to buy travel. Despite being called "miles", they have no actual correlation to distance whatsoever.
