I just booked a flight on MU 572 from HNL to PVG in business O class on 1/6/18 using delta skymiles.
The aircraft indicated on the itinerary is a Airbus A330-300 (33L).
When I go to pick a seat, business class is numbered rows 6-15 and is 1-2-1 reverse herringbone seating. From my online research and looking at seatguru it appears none of the airbus aircrafts have this type of seating and instead they usually have 2-2-2 seats arrangements. I thought it may be possible that the plane might in fact be a 777-300 (77w), but that seat map shows business class being from row 6 to row 20 on those planes.
Is there any veteran tricks to see where the discrepancy lies?
Trying to figure out the best seat to pick.
Thanks in advance for your help
33L is actually a new configuration for MU which features 1-2-1 J class seats. They are similar to DL 767 J seats, just larger.
