They sent email to call in to provide more info.
So I did on Tuesday. It's a general number. I don't even know if I was talking to a claims examiner or a customer service rep.
She said from the notes they don't need any more info. They will probably pay me out $325 and change which would be $299 plus CA tax.
But when I check on the Cardbenefitservices.com site, where I went to the trouble of creating an account, under Manage Claims it still shows my claim as still being reviewed.
So who knows.
