Maybe calling it a cheese plate isis overstating it. There a piece of cheese on a plate on Long Catering routes - so we get it to ALC. I hath to say that they have had some delicious cheddar on occasions Probably I should be called Mrs Grommit but Well matured Cheddar can be delicious. Personally I wish that they’d do Wensleydale.
