Now I’ve had all 3 bands of catering and I’ve no problem with any of it. I’m a glass half fulll person except where wines and fine are concerned. I think that the greatest development is the serving of wines and Champagne in large bottles. Such an improvement in quality.

Still I’m probably not one who expects too much so I’m rarely disappointed.
In my one experience drinking white wine on a MAD flight, it was still really poor quality. Not comparable to say CW wines.
