Why can’t crew heat food properly?

Just back from return trip in business on A380s. 3rd trip in last 6 months.

- outbound from LHR, bisque was stone cold as crew forgot to heat the seafood before adding to the bisque
- breakfast of scrambled egg resembled cold vomit on the next leg (didn’t dare to taste)

- return leg to Dubai, the prawn curry was at various degrees of barely tepid or less, and the prawns were cold and inedible

- last leg to LGW, had the omelette which was great but the hash browns were cold (though doubtful if being hot would make them taste any better)

the Bisque was great once it was hot, but they were running out of seafood to put in it😀

and the prawn curry was switched to lamb ragout which was ok.

i don’t think I have high expectations and generally happy with BA food, for example, but EK is disappointing although the crew were very apologetic.

Is this the norm or just unlucky?
