Bummer... I just had the same issue. I have a wife, a son, and a baby on the way. Hainan has bassinets, and I saw that they had 3 SJC-PEK tix open... Tried to book. No go. Tried to call. The lady on the phone said the same thing. Back to the drawing board for trying to find 3 award tix... in biz... w/ bassinet... sigh.
