So it's Cat. 3, not 1, but how about the Courtyard on the Caribbean island of Bonaire near Aruba ?! Winter rate of US$203 a night all-in. Also a couple of Cat. 2 FI's near my boyhood hometown of Youngstown OH for when I visit friends/ cousins.
