Marriott tends to be a little loosey-goosey on the 75 night requirement, especially if you are renewing and/or pretty close. If you had 76 nights and wound up having two taken away in an audit, although I cannot give you a guarantee, I cannot believe they would let you cross the line and then take away Plat even if they took the nights' credit away. I know, it's not me so it's easy to say this, but we don't see complaints about Plat being taken away because of an audit.
