Wanted to share my experience: KLM itinerary AMS-LAX-SFO. Arrival scheduled at 11:55, depart LAX at 14:00 (2 PM).

We landed about 15 minutes late and were told we'd have to wait for a gate (quelle surprise, LAX). That lasted about 10 minutes. I was through Global Entry at exactly 12:30, and my bag was out around 12:45. Walked through, put the bag on the connection belt and was in T3 and through security around 13:10 (with PreCheck).

It was extremely quiet, so it might not be representative of your experience, but it's a data point. Also, my flight to SFO has been delayed two hours and 30 minutes, so I'm now just chilling in the T3 SkyClub.
