I have 2 serve cards and 2 Bluebirds.
According to the system, confirmed by the rep and supervisor, you are allowed 5 Bluebird and 5 serve at this current time.

I recently purchased 2 Bluebird Kits for $5 each at walmart and activated the cards at purchase with $495.

Im trying to register the cards online and keep getting a message Unable to approve your card at this time. and not further info.

I spoke to customer service. The first one suggested I close my 2 older cards, 1 blue bird and 1 serve. We did that .... it didnt change anything.

I called again, this time kept the rep online with me while I entered the application.Same message.

3rd time I asked for the Manager, explained to her what happened. She said there is nothing she can do, and in order to get my $495 off to just use the card as a credit card and make a purchase.

So frustrating.....
