You can remove your BAEC number on finnair.com in their version of MMB. Yes, seating may very well disappear - assume it will but hope it sticks.

Bear in mind the double Avios is only for bookings made since registration for the promotion; if any of these were made before, then they won't track and it isn't worth trying to remove your FQTV.
