This was something recommended in one of the support pathways at Symantec's web site. It's probably worth a shot . . . it doesn't appear to hurt anything.
OK, so Im trying this... but, I dont seem to have the same directory tree. This is the closest that I find, and since the names dont match Im not deleting anything...
C:\Documents and Settings\Gaucho100K\Application Data\Symantec
Any tips on where I can look....?
