Not sure where else to post this and haven't seen it covered yet:

For the last couple of weeks I have not been able to see open seats in Discomfort+ once cross-graded. The most recent offender was yesterday's return trip on a last minute booking. Cleared to SU shortly after booking an underlying H fare. All C+ seats assigned were middles. The seating charts for both flights (MD-88 and 717) showed full. At the gate of the first flight a window on the 2 seat side was open and someone cleared into that, I asked at the gate of the second flight and there were two aisles which were available. Anyone else seeing this?
