The call center agents are completely disinterested and have no idea how to do it. Even the more experienced call center on the number given above was unable to call up the fare classes for award tickets. Enormous amount of calling, utter frustration all the way. If any of you are collecting miles here thinking you will be able to use them across the alliance, you'd better think again. In fact, you should NOT waste your time with this FFP unless you want to redeem exclusively on Saudia flights, maybe in their premium cabins. At least you can book those online. The rest, forget it.
