2) Massively inconsistent policies from station to station, flight to flight

3) Bloody aweful seats and configurations on 757s, which are also flown on routes that are too long

4) Disgusting bathrooms on nearly all planes, with missing towels, foul smelling lavs, no supplies and FA's that could care less most of the time

5) Food....errr.... rations that are massively inconsistent, or worse, toxic on many occasions

6) Coffee and Tea that is the byproduct of a Nuclear Regulatory Commission inquiry

7) 757's on routes that they shouldn't be on... long thin my butt!! Too small for too long. These are the slave ships

8) Seats and cabins that have deteriorated to the level of a NY Port Authority waiting area. First class in a 757 is like sitting in the back of a 1977 ford maverick with vinyl seats

9) Angry flight and gate attendents who don't know the rules, know there ARE rules, and could care less about the pax (ugh.,...that one hurt )

10) A ridiculous focus on Miles for personal hygiene products, tires, phone calls, and waffles, while simultaneously forgetting that they actually run an airline

11) NRTC.... No Room Through Coach

EXP for years....I still love AA, but it hurts so good
This rant sounds eerily like the FA's gripes at the purser conference I attended last month. Why don't you stop wasting your time and e-mail this to Arpey. Leave out number 10, though, because it kind of takes away from the power of your good points.
